Like many regions of Spain there is plenty of nightlife and gastronomy to be found, with traditional foods such as tapas, paella, grilled sea food and ice cold gazpacho as one of the locals favourite.

Just like the Costa del Sol English is widely spoken, whilst this may seem off-putting to some it certainly has its advantages as a visitor; however should you wish to put your language skills to the test you do not have to venture too far inland to sample true local delights.
